Tokyo-based sandwich shop BUY ME STAND has seen the opening of another location, this time in Matsusaka, Mie Prefecture. Founded by fashion brand SON OF THE CHEESE, the shop specializes in what we'll call designer grilled cheese sandwiches. This is the 6th store opened in Japan with locations as far north as Sapporo and as far south as Okinawa (see a location list here). Several members of the scrmbl team frequent their Shibuya location and recommend the Hella Green and Couch Potato sandwiches, although literally everything on the menu is fantastic.
