Manga artist Atsushi Kamijo, most recognized for his series TO-Y (Weekly Shonen Sunday) and SEX (Weekly Young Sunday), celebrated the 40th anniversary of his professional debut last year. To celebrate the milestone, an exhibition of his works starts today at the Yayoi Museum in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo and will run through January of 2025. Best known for his incredibly clean and stylish character and background work, the exhibition features a range of Kamjio's work from unreleased pieces, manga and character design work, and commercial illustrations from the beginning of his career to today.
