At the beginning of July Creepy Nuts released their latest single, the theme song for Call of the Night season 2, “Mirage”. The song debuted at the top spot of Billboard Japan’s “Global Japan Songs Excluding Japan” chart, which focuses on international presence for Japanese music. Taking it even one step further though, the duo set a new milestone for the chart with their tracks “Otonoke” and “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” holding the 2nd and 3rd positions at the same time making them the first group to hold the top 3 spots simultaneously.

The group has been having a particularly hot 2025 with some huge achievements. In May they took home 9 awards at the inaugural Music Awards Japan, July also saw 5 of their songs break 100 million streams, and they performed to a sold out crowd at Japan’s Tokyo Dome. Their international success has been well noted, and all signs point to continued success as the duo is set to embark on their first tour across Asia this fall.

All of this is on top of the release of their 4th album, Legion, which you can listen to now on all major streaming platforms.
