Announced last November as part of the Nintendo Indie World showcase, Team Ladybug's new exploration-action title BLADE CHIMERA has released today on Nintendo Switch courtesy of publisher PLAYISM. In the game you take control of Shin, a demon hunter who lost his memory, defeating demons known as Yoma who have overrun Osaka. In the course of duty you'll meet Lux, a demon who can change forms and helps Shin on his journey.

As the game progresses and Shin regains his memory, his mission begins to shift as he questions the motives of the organization he belongs to and begins his own investigation. As with other games in the exploration-action genre, you explore the depths of the game world and find yourself back-tracking as you recover and learn new abilities that help traverse the terrain.

BLADE CHIMERA features stylistic pixel-art graphics, massive bosses, and various enemies along your path to take out. Shin's weapons range from swords to guns, in addition to other abilities, and throughout the game you can make use of a customizable skill tree to better work your way through the game.

BLADE CHIMERA from Team Ladybug & PLAYISM is available now on the Nintendo e-shop.
