Bandai announces HG GQuuuuuuX Gunpla kit hot on the heels of new anime series

Wasting absolutely no time to get the hype train rolling, Bandai Spirits has already announced the release of a Gunpla kit based on the titular mobile suit from the upcoming Gundam GQuuuuuuX series.

Dropping the same day as the theatrical edit of the anime in Japan, the new mobile suit looks incredibly slick and features a high range of motion. Detailed joints on the shoulders, arms, waist and legs allows for dynamic action poses, and the suit comes with 2 different head parts to allow for a bit of additional variation. Just based on the promo shots, it's an impressive looking kit and if the previous batch of Witch From Mercury kits are anything to base it on we imagine it's going to be a lot of fun to build as well.

The new kit drops in stores across Japan on January 17, 2025 for ¥2200 (after tax), which is honestly an absolute steal. If this is just the first in a new series, we can't wait to see what else they have in store as the series begins to roll out.
